Yes, the deals are for a limited period. Please read the expiry date carefully. All purchased deals have the respective booking and expiry date.

Recharge
Less pay where you pay us less in recharge in your total amount of recharge plan e.g. plan 349 you will pay less 5% 349 - 17.45=331.55(here you saved direct almost 18 rs,). In cash back you have to pay full amount then you will get refund amount if you are lucky.
Please check that you are selecting the appropriate valid amount for the respective operator. If number is ported, make sure that you select circle/operator manually. Recharges also fail due to issues/load at the operator’s end. We suggest that you wait for some time and retry later. If the recharge fails and amount is deducted, Discountter refunds the entire amount of failed recharge back to your account within 48 hrs.
Reversal is not possible on successful recharges but if somebody has recharged a wrong DTH then you can E-mail to admin within 48 hours or you can contact our Call /Chat Center and then the remaining amount of right DTH will be transferred within 3-4 working days. Remember you have to give a different number of that same company only. Which DTH Company's recharged was wrong.
- All bank refunds are credited back to your bank account within 3-10 working days. - If the amount is not credited in your account within this time frame then we request you to please check with your bank. If the recharge fails and amount is deducted, Discountter refunds the entire amount of failed recharge back to your account within 48 hrs.
